Content Calendar

Generate a week of on-brand posts in one click, then review, schedule, and publish from the calendar view.

The Content Calendar gives you a month-view overview of all scheduled and published posts, and lets you generate a full week of on-brand drafts in one click.

Open Calendar from the sidebar. Posts appear on their scheduled date as colour-coded chips — drafts, scheduled, and published posts each have a distinct style.

Click any chip to open the post detail, where you can edit content, reschedule, or publish immediately.

Use the month / week / day toggle at the top right to switch views. Week view is useful for daily planning; month view gives the big picture.

Generating a calendar

Instead of writing posts one by one, generate a batch of draft posts in one click:

  1. Click Generate Calendar on the calendar page
  2. Select the platforms to post to (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or a mix)
  3. Set the number of posts — typically 7 for a week
  4. Choose a start date
  5. Click Generate — Sociylo uses your Brand DNA to write unique, platform-appropriate posts spread across the date range

Generation takes 15–30 seconds. When complete, the drafts appear on the calendar.

Tip: Generate for one platform at a time if you want to fine-tune the tone before adding more channels.

Reviewing and editing drafts

Generated posts are drafts — they aren’t published or scheduled until you approve them.

  1. Click a draft chip on the calendar
  2. Read the generated content — it should match your brand tone automatically
  3. Edit anything you want to change
  4. Click Schedule to keep the assigned date, or Publish now to send immediately

If a draft doesn’t sound quite right, use the Improve button to rewrite it without losing the platform formatting.

Scheduling posts

A scheduled post is published automatically at its assigned date and time. Sociylo’s scheduler runs in the background — you don’t need to keep the app open.

To reschedule a post, open it and click the date/time field to pick a new time.

Best posting times

On the Compose page, Sociylo shows recommended posting times based on your published post history. The more you publish, the more accurate the suggestions become.
